Goodtechlab
Founder
Benjamin is the founder of Good Tech Lab, a research venture exploring the frontiers of technology, entrepreneurship and finance where pioneers tackle the world’s biggest challenges. French-born entrepreneur with 10 years of experience in the technology and impact sectors, he is also a recognized expert in open innovation and decentralized business models.

Previously he co-founded OuiShare, a think-tank and global community for digital, social and open innovation, where he explored themes like blockchains and ICOs, platform strategies and the maker movement. There he organized POC21, a 5-week maker camp for climate innovation, that was held as a side event to the UN Climate Change conference in 2015. He is also a member to the Fab City Global Initiative, a network of global cities committed to become productive and resilient through digital fabrication and circular economy, spun out of the Fab Lab Network.

Benjamin has worked with companies like MAIF, Michelin, Autodesk and Kingfisher, as well as the Paris City Council, supporting them in blending their innovation and sustainability strategies (what he expects to become the new normal). He is also a strategic advisor to mission-driven startups, helping them to refine their growth strategy and to raise funds from the most aligned investors.

Benjamin's work has been profiled in Le Monde, TF1 and The Guardian, and he is regularly invited to speak at international events like SXSW, LeWeb or the World Maker Faire. He is co-author of two books: Société Collaborative, and Open Models: Business Models for the Open Economy. He holds a MSc in IT and Computer Science from Télécom SudParis (Institut Mines-Télécom), and started his career in management consulting for multinational companies.
